FAQ'S
1. Do you accept dogs on site and is there an extra cost?
Yes! We accept well-behaved dogs at Beech Tree Campsite (the usual doggy rules apply and bins are provided). Dogs cost £2/night with up to two dogs per pitch.
2. Do you take group bookings?
We do take group bookings, but no stag or hen parties.
3. What are your check-in and check-out times?
Please arrive between 2 pm and 7 pm.
Please check out by 11 am.
4. Can I book directly?
We are not taking direct bookings at this time. All bookings are to be completed through Pitchup.
5. Do you accept vans or motorhomes on site?
No Motorhomes, but vans and vehicles with tents on top are welcome.
6. Is there electricity and hookups?
We have USB sockets in the converted railway carriage to charge phones, but we do not have electric hookups.
7. Do you allow campfires?
Campfires are allowed within the designated, granite enclosed area. Firepits are also permitted as long as they are raised off the ground. Firepit hire is also available upon request as are bags of logs for £10.
8. Do you allow music on-site?
Yes, music is allowed until 11 pm. But please respect other campers.
9. Do you have wifi?
Yes, there is free wifi.
10. Payment
Deposit transferable during COVID-19. Beech Tree Farm will debit the balance from your card 2 weeks before arrival, or if the arrival date is sooner than 2 weeks then the balance will be taken immediately.
11. What is your refund policy?
Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the site is able to relet your unit/pitch.
